| Overview In the ABC Task prioritizing philosophy, you set your urgent / "must be done today" tasks A, important tasks B and optional taks the C. You can have multiple tasks in each category or letter, but you should prioritize which should come first by adding a consecutive number next to the letter. For example "A1 Study for Exam" and "A2 Pay Utility" are two tasks that are urgent and should be done today but "Study for Exam" should be done first than "Pay for Utility". Daily tasks have a due date, tasks with past due dates are overdue and marked in red. Tasks with no due date are considered master tasks or "Should be done some day" and are not part of your daily tasks. In every weekly planning activity you should select which master tasks can be set a due date for it to complete. |
